Meet Haley Gunther – Apprentice Stylist with a Heart for Creative Color and Guest Care
Haley Gunther has always had a deep love for all things beauty. For her, self-expression through hair isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling empowered, confident, and fully yourself. Her passion for cosmetology comes from a genuine belief that everyone deserves to look in the mirror and love what they see.
As an Apprentice Stylist at Zandi K, Haley is receiving expert hands-on training in color, cutting, and styling, while naturally gravitating toward creative and experimental color services. She’s especially drawn to bold tones, vibrant transformations, and techniques that help clients feel uniquely radiant and refreshed.
Haley is known for going the extra mile to make her guests feel cared for. Whether it’s a warm towel, a relaxing scalp massage, or simply being a kind, listening ear—she’s all about creating a peaceful, personalized salon experience. She meets each guest with empathy, warmth, and attentiveness, ensuring every appointment feels like a safe space for self-care.
What stood out most to Haley about Zandi K was the positive energy and strong team culture. From day one, she was drawn to the structure, support, and genuine joy that flows through the salon—and she’s thrilled to be part of it.
One of Haley’s most impactful moments came during beauty school, when a client shared that she’d been struggling with her mental health and hadn’t had the time to care for her hair. Haley provided a simple shampoo and style—but more importantly, she created a space where the guest felt seen, heard, and beautiful again. That moment affirmed Haley’s “why”—the power of beauty to restore confidence, connection, and joy.
