Cancellation / No-Show Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your reservation at Zandi K Salon. If a cancellation or “no-show” occurs with less then 24 hours notice, 50% of your reservation will be charged to the card on file. This cancellation policy is in place to protect our team members and give them the opportunity to fill their opening from the cancellation. Thank you for your understanding!

Snow Policy

We use Jeffco closures as a guideline. Expect to hear from us if our area gets excessive snow as soon as we have a decision for the safety of our staff and clients if we will be open or closed.

Return / Refund Policy

Products may be exchanged or returned within fifteen (15) calendar days with the original receipt. No refunds will be given for opened products. If you are dissatisfied with any product we will gladly help you find the right one, for exchange or store credit only.

 

Zandi K will return any hair or body products if damaged or if you have experienced any allergies to the product.

 

No refunds will be given on gift card purchases.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with you service results, please contact us within one week of your original service. Your service provider will make any adjustments that do not conflict with your original requested services, complimentary. Refunds will be given for services on a case-by-case basis only.

At Zandi K we are continually revisiting our in-salon Mask and safety precautions. Here is our most recent Covid-19/ Safety mask requirements in the salon. As a small business we will always take into consideration the Sate, the CDC and the feelings and confront of our team when making changes to our in-salon requirements.
