Complimentary Re-Welds (within 3 months):
If your weld comes undone within three months, return to the salon for a free re-weld.
Medical Removal:
If removal is required for a medical procedure, we’re happy to cut your jewelry off at no charge.
Re-Soldering After 3 Months:
A small service fee will apply for any re-soldering or re-welding needed after the initial 3-month period.
